Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Manager, Solution Consulting in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Responsible for the detailed design of enterprise-level Salesforce and related technology projects from inception through production support. Responsible for the overall solution design to meet the functional requirements and fulfill stories. Coach and mentor Junior SAs, SBAs, and Vas across the organization. Act as a project team lead for junior SAs, SBAs, Bas, and configurators. Validate and refine the design throughout the build process to ensure it meets functional requirements. Responsible for the overall solution design to meet the business requirements and fulfill user stories, and for leading a team of resources through the build, test, and deployment phases. Create or support master plan for the requirement gather sessions to ensure proper discussions are scheduled and completed. Engage in requirements sessions (kickoff by SA, lead by SBA with guidance). Analysis of requirements; ensure that technical components (package or custom design) fulfill the requirements/user stories (e.g., ERD, object modelling, design from the functional perspective). Help provide or verify resource needs and duration for project roles. Support BD call with ALT/DLs/SMEs. Support RFP responses. Peer review to ensure test scripts are written in a holistic manner that validates the entire solution is verified. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign a related equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Agile; (2) SalesCloud; (3) ServiceCloud; (4) Waterfall; (5) Oracle E-Business Suite; (6) MarketingCloud; (7) CRM; (8) Data Architecture; (9) Devops; (10) Tableau; (11) Apex; and (12) APIs (REST API and SOAP API). Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $162,600.00 - $244,200.00 per annum.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $244,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
