Job Description

Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is looking for a dynamic and collaborative Senior Manager to lead the development of our next-generation B2B Digital Experiences. This role is important to driving the delivery of a new eCommerce ecosystem to shape the future of our digital business offerings.

You will oversee a team of software development and quality engineering professionals, managing them through the delivery of the product roadmap. You will be supported by a technical lead and a team of accomplished engineers.

To be successful you will need the managerial skills to organize your team combined with the leadership experience to motivate and grow your team. Equally important are your collaboration skills, as you will work with all partners across the organization. If you are hoping to stay hands-on with development, this is not the role for you.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of web development experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)
  • Previous experience making architectural decisions
  • Experience managing a project from RFP to SOW to production

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
