- Lead and coach a team of Scrum Leads across Platform Development and AI, fostering shared practices, growth, and community.
- Drive consistent agile execution by guiding teams in selecting and applying the right methodologies, rituals, and tools for their maturity and needs.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align priorities, shape delivery processes, and drive strategic planning and portfolio visibility across squads and programs.
- Build frameworks for cross-team dependency mapping and resolution, enabling scalable, coordinated delivery.
- Define and evolve agile operating models that balance consistency with team autonomy, promoting sustainable velocity and quality.
- Establish baseline metrics across the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and support teams in using data to assess performance, surface risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster transparency through structured communication channels, surfacing updates, blockers, and decision points effectively.
- Champion a culture of accountability, adaptability, and shared ownership across product, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Provide strategic support to the VP of Platform Development through planning facilitation, communication alignment, and coordination of org-wide priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software development, Engineering, or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Lead or part of a high-performing Scrum Team
- 3+ years' experience managing a team (Scrum or otherwise)
- Demonstrated experience in agile technical project management and scrum development ceremonies/practices
- Expert in JIRA/Confluence or GitHub Issues
- Self-driven, detail-oriented leader who actively works to remove barriers to achieving results
- Experienced with leading projects in highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary development teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with both business and technical teams
- Track record of inspiring others & positive change in technical project management, scrum, team management, and process improvement
- Comfortable working with all levels of the organization including senior executives
Desired Characteristics:
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
- Experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) agile framework and preparing and executing work within a PI (Program Increment)
- Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery
- Ability to sell processes and frameworks to teams with which you do not have direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
