About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to support our Customer Success & Sales organizations, building the operational and reporting infrastructure for efficient execution at scale. You will use AI to transform our processes, arming our GTM team with actionable insights. You’ll be the connective tissue between GTM leadership and our Salesforce development team  translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements while ensuring our operational processes are well-designed, well-documented, and scalable.

If you are deeply operational and technically grounded, someone who lives in the details of how our GTM processes work and how our systems (especially Salesforce) reflect and support them, then this role is for you. This role reports to our VP, Revenue Operations & will play a key part in our next stage of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain GTM reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks in Salesforce to provide actionable performance insights.
  • Use AI to transform manual workflows and synthesize high volumes of disparate data at scale.
  • Serve as the primary operational partner to CS and Sales leadership for process design, documentation & management.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce development, acting as the bridge between GTM teams and developers - protecting developers from scope creep and ambiguity, and protecting business stakeholders from solutions that miss the point.
  • Collaborate with GTM Enablement on change management, including training, documentation, and adoption tracking.
  • Manage cross-tool reporting fluency between Salesforce and connected platforms like Gong, Salesloft, and Highspot.
Qualifications: 
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations — ideally in B2B or B2B2C. SaaS
  • Experience supporting both a Sales and Customer Success function is required.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise is required. You must be able to architect reporting structures, write developer-ready requirements, and have an informed view on data modeling. Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
  • Advanced AI skills with extensive experience building agents that integrate into your daily workflow
  • Demonstrated track record of translating GTM business needs into precise technical requirements for development teams.
  • Fluency across the modern GTM tech stack: Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, Asana, and similar. Reporting and analytics fluency across these platforms is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build, interpret, and communicate performance data to executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Finance, & Data
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually as needed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000 to $175,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
