At Miter, we’re on a mission to help construction contractors build with confidence. If we’re successful, we’ll make it easier and faster to build critical physical infrastructure - roads, bridges, utilities, data centers, housing, etc.
For decades, construction and field services contractors have had to run their businesses on outdated software: clunky, on-premise systems created in the 1980s and 1990s.
That’s where Miter comes in. We’re using AI and embedded payments to rebuild the core HR, finance, and operations systems that underpin our physical economy. Using Miter, contractors like Marathon Electrical, W.J. O’Neil, and Truebeck Construction are building stronger teams, controlling job costs, and accelerating jobsite execution.
This idea is resonating. Since we launched in 2021, we’ve grown to thousands of customers and tens of millions in ARR, making us one of the fastest growing vertical software companies ever. To double-down on our momentum, we’ve raised $50M+ from top investors (Bessemer, Coatue, and Battery) who share our belief that we’re just getting started.
Hybrid vs. Remote Approach:We believe the magic of Miter comes from working side by side. We also believe in work flexibility. For roles that are listed as hybrid, our approach is 3 days a week in the office giving us the chance to connect, brainstorm, and build stronger relationships. If you live within a reasonable commute to either our New York City or San Francisco offices, we ask that you work in our hybrid approach.
Otherwise, for roles listed as remote or in other cities where we don't have an office location, there is no requirement to work in our hybrid approach. We do travel a few times a year for onboarding, company-wide and team specific offsites!
About the Team & How We Work:As Miter scales a multi-product, multi-channel go-to-market motion, Revenue Operations plays a critical role in ensuring our growth is intentional, scalable, and durable across both pre-and post-sales motions.
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations leader to partner with Sales, Launch, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership to design the systems, processes, and insights that power how revenue flows through the business. This includes territory and quota design, forecasting, and the handoffs that move customers from closed won to live and beyond. You will own the architecture that connects booked and live revenue, ensuring teams have clarity, alignment, and trust in the data at every stage of the customer journey.
You’ll be responsible for building clarity where there is complexity, turning data into conviction, and helping leaders make better decisions about where and how we invest. If you enjoy designing source-of-truth systems, building forecasting models that leaders rely on, and creating the operational infrastructure that allows teams to scale fast without breaking what’s working, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape Miter’s next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do:Build and own our GTM architecture: Design and maintain Salesforce as the source of truth for a multi-product, multi-channel revenue motion, ensuring clarity, scalability, and trust in the data.
Shape territory, quota, and incentive strategy: Build data-driven territory models that unlock local flywheel effects and inform decisions around hiring, compensation, and investment.
Deliver full-funnel visibility and forecasting: Own reporting from lead to live revenue and architect reliable booked and live forecasting to support executive and board-level planning.
Drive operational excellence at scale: Optimize the RevOps tech stack, automate handoffs across Sales, Launch, and Success, and ensure our processes scale as volume and complexity increase.
Partner strategically across the business: Translate data into clear insights for leaders, build feedback loops across Sales, Product, and Marketing, and lead initiatives like win/loss analysis to inform GTM strategy.
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, with 2+ years leading teams or major initiatives.
Proven experience scaling a SaaS company through at least 2x growth, ideally in a complex or vertical SaaS environment.
Deep Salesforce expertise, including CRM architecture, workflow automation, and supporting multi-product sales motions.
Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to turn messy data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Operational ownership and conviction, including comfort surfacing risks, challenging assumptions, and making recommendations to leadership.
Experience in vertical SaaS or construction-tech, and familiarity with booked vs. live revenue and complex implementation cycles, is a plus.
