The Opportunity:

 The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations and Planning  is responsible for building, unifying, and aligning sales strategy and operational  systems that support GTM teams across the organization. This role is highly collaborative with Operations, Sales, and Product/Product Marketing, and will report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations & Planning. Success in this position requires a dynamic team player with building stage experience, detail-oriented thinking, a bias towards action and execution, comfort with KPI reporting, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating information repositories that helps all GTM share consistent and accurate information in the market. 

  • Manage and update rate cards and pricing operations based on market feedback and data insights.

  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership teams in crafting of Upfront strategy rate cards for  Hold Cos and M&E, Political and General Market advertisers

  • Build strategies, programs, and processes that align all GTM efforts

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Revenue and Operations to track short-term and long-term KPIs key to the success of the overall business.

  • Supports all CRM projects and initiatives, and quantifies business impact and ROI.  

  • The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (DRO) is responsible for designing programs and processes that integrate sales and marketing strategy, customer operations, and initiatives

  • Partner with Sales to identify customer needs, gaps in current product offering, and recommend custom solutions to shape product development outside of the traditional sales offerings 

  • Proactively identify opportunities for GTM process improvement, building and implementing new programs and tools where necessary

  • Work closely with sales and marketing management to inspect GTM process quality including marketing handoffs, sales handoffs and prioritize opportunities for further collaboration across the funnel

  • Collaborate on strategic GTM initiatives that scale the business

  • Implements and monitors customer retention metrics, including forecasting churn and developing related mitigation strategies.

  • Work directly with manager to improve organizational effectiveness

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership teams to maintain, train and communicate rate cards and pricing strategies. 

  • Consult and draft legal contracts as it relates to commercial and business terms

Requirements:

  • Experience building revenue and sales operations functions and teams from an early stage

  • 5-8+ years of relevant revenue operations and planning experience. Experience in the Ad Tech industry and/or Digital Publishing highly preferred! 

  • Strong financial and analytical skills

  • Project management experience

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and Order Management Systems
