This position will lead Peek’s Go-to-Market (GTM) Revenue Enablement function, driving the design, development, and execution of programs that empower our GTM teams to excel on both sides of the bowtie. You own the end-to-end Revenue Enablement strategy and execution across key initiatives, including defining direction, proposing solutions, setting priorities, and driving outcomes without requiring fully defined inputs. This role owns enablement across both Sales and Post-Sales teams, ensuring consistent frameworks, content, and learning experiences across the revenue lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive approach to developing new enablement content delivery - leveraging AI tools and automations to drive content production. This will be the backbone of onboarding content for revenue teams across the three brands that Peek owns. The role will also develop and deliver formal and informal monthly and quarterly training initiatives, equipping sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to succeed. Additionally, this position will plan and manage the annual Revenue Kickoff meeting, creating an engaging, strategic, and motivating experience that aligns teams on company priorities, goals, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and skilled program manager with a passion for driving GTM effectiveness and fostering a culture of continuous learning. He or she is not only a strong operator but also a thought leader in Revenue Enablement who brings frameworks, points of view, and scalable best practices to the organization.
Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable operating systems for Enablement, including intake processes, production workflows, pre-flight quality checks, stakeholder review cycles, and content governance.
Own the AI and automation roadmap for Enablement, identifying, implementing, and scaling workflows that improve content production, content repurposing, onboarding, training delivery, and operational efficiency..
Develop and oversee an overarching training and ongoing education curriculum to ensure expedient & comprehensive proficiency of the Peek Pro platform amongst all Peek employees
Own prioritization across enablement initiatives by assessing business impact, sequencing work, communicating trade-offs, and aligning delivery timelines with team capacity.
Develop interactive training solutions tailored for remote learning environments
Build content, interactive training guides, and staged content modules utilizing the new AI-driven approach.
Independently drive the creation of enablement materials for new features, positioning, workflows, and GTM motions, partnering with Product, Sales, and Post-Sales leaders for input, validation, and refinement. Lead the enablement process for customer-facing teams on newly launched capabilities, ensuring materials are produced with limited dependency on cross-functional leaders. Measure delivery & adoption of enablement content across the organization at regular cadence
Deliver processes and tools to help drive awareness, adoption, and success of key features
Develop an SME certification program
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Education, Organizational Development, or similar) is a plus but not required
5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales, GTM, or related roles, with a strong track record of driving measurable impact on revenue team performance
Demonstrated thought leadership in Revenue Enablement, including the ability to introduce frameworks, challenge assumptions, and shape cross-functional decisions.
Experience translating AI tooling into measurable enablement outcomes, including faster production cycles, better reuse of content, and more scalable learning operations.
A willingness to experiment with AI tooling and quickly adjust approach based on rapidly evolving tool environment
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, make informed recommendations with incomplete information, and move work forward without waiting for full clarity.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, challenge constructively, and drive decisions without relying on direct authority.
Comfortable creating the L&D program as you are facilitating it yourself or orchestrating facilitation by other internal SMEs
System experience such as Tiger Hall, Articulate, etc.
