AS A SENIOR MANAGER, REVENUE & BUSINESS OPERATIONS, YOU WILL:
  • Enable new business acquisition, working with Button’s Business Development team to research, sell, and close opportunities.
  • Support Button’s Partner Success team in servicing partners, understanding their goals, assisting in driving success and growth.
  • Help conceptualize, evaluate and negotiate client contracts. Track contract renewals and implement renewal strategies.
  • Prepare performance dashboards, business reviews, and revenue insights to guide internal and external communications.
  • Monitor partner KPIs, surface opportunities for optimization, and track product adoption.
  • Partner with Button’s Solutions Engineering team to coordinate technical implementations and ensure smooth onboarding and continued success.
  • Log and synthesize partner feedback to help shape Button’s product roadmap and improve user experience, retention, and growth.
  • Work across Product, Engineering, and Commercial organizations as a strategic bridge to drive consistency and rigor in decision-making around new product initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain product sizing frameworks, including user projections, resource requirements, and market penetration models.
  • Support prioritization of the product roadmap by providing ROI and market analysis.
  • Partner with Button’s Marketing team to help track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, and top-of-funnel health
  • Administer Button’s revenue operations tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and other enablement platforms, while managing a Salesforce Admin resource.

WE LOOK FOR TEAMMATES WHO HAVE:

  • Several years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related function at a B2B or SaaS company. E-commerce experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics, KPIs, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing team.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation software
  • Experience with affiliate, mobile, or performance marketing is a bonus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Button is one of the fastest growing and profitable growth equity backed companies based out of NYC.  Backed by PSG, Button is pioneering new ways for companies to build revenue models at the intersection of creators, retailers, and brands. We’ve been recognized multiple times by BuiltIn, Fortune, Inc., and Crain’s magazines as one of the best places to work in the US, and we’re building a team of happy warriors to bring the company to greater heights.

Button provides employees with a RemotePlus workplace, which blends “work from anywhere” with in-person collaboration. Button has a “hub” workspace in New York City as well as team members distributed across the United States and beyond. Button’s total compensation package includes a base salary competitive with what is offered by similar companies in major US markets. The on-target earnings range for this role is expected to be between $160,000 - $175,000 (offered salary is based on a number of factors including skills and experience relative to the job description listed above).

In addition, Button provides employees with a 401(k) plan and automatically contributes 3% of an employee’s salary annually. We also want our employees to be well-rested and live balanced lives–Buttonians enjoy unlimited time off (including birthdays off) and periodic Mental Health Weeks which allow the entire company to take a breath and recharge, as well as an employee assistance program.

For many of the health, vision, and dental insurance plans offered by Button, the company covers 100% of the premiums for employees and 75% for dependents. Button offers all employees and their dependents complimentary memberships to One Medical as well as a monthly stipend for mobile phone/internet and an annual lifestyle stipend. Button also offers employees in select markets “All Access” memberships to WeWork as well as regular “coworking days” and social events.

Most of all, Button offers our employees the opportunity to live our company values–Grow, Learn, and Adapt–and to be a part of an incredible team of humans working together to build a better internet, fueled by commerce.

Diversity & Inclusion:

Button is committed to being a welcoming and inclusive workplace for everyone, and we are intentional about making sure people feel respected, supported, and connected at work—regardless of who you are or where you come from. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
