Job Summary:

As the Sr. Manager of Quality, you will be responsible to ensure that Ruggable maintains its rigorous high-quality standards. This includes developing, managing and elevating the overall quality assurance program. This role will maintain consistency and product excellence across the entire supply chain and work in conjunction with key external/internal partners. This person will sit on the Supply Chain leadership team and act as a core member to devise overall strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Ensure execution of quality audits of our chain partners including management of action items resulting from these audits
  • Manage in-house team for counter-sourcing testing, verification, and compliance
  • Act as key member of the omni channel growth team to ensure all compliance and quality  standards are meet for new channels and partners
  • Implement and manage robust abilities for 2nd and 3rd tier vendor compliance and quality visibility and verification
  • Maintain and control RCA and CAP processes and communication
  • Manage and meticulously control documentation related to audits, finished goods and raw materials COAs, testing documents, specs and other core documents
  • Create the process, document the SOP, and audit the protocol for product quality complaints, ensuring appropriate data records and verifying that the supply chain is tested regularly
  • Manage, audit and maintain records of all protocols for obsolete inventory including components (e.g destruction/disposition protocol)

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

  • A minimum of 8 years prior experience in textile quality assurance, quality control or manufacturing is required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Team building and process creator
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Problem solving aptitude, with ability to communicate in a method that is clear and concise
  • Excellent analytical capability with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with third party certification labs
  • Precise, accurate, and well organized

Preferred:

  • Rug experience or apparel

Compensation:

  • $120,000 - $140,000 per year base salary
  • Annual bonus that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company-sponsored 401K plan
