Opportunity 

As Senior Manager, Product Marketing at Flywheel, you will lead the definition and execution of go-to-market strategies for our B2B SaaS solutions (Flywheel Commerce Cloud and Perpetua). In this highly visible leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping product marketing strategy, guiding a team, and serving as the critical link between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.  

You will operate across functional boundaries, spanning brand marketing, product marketing, customer experience, and communications, to drive growth and maximize market impact for Flywheel’s SaaS offerings. You bring deep B2B SaaS experience, a proven track record of successful product launches, and a passion for building and scaling high-performing teams. 

What you'll do:
  • Develop and drive differentiated product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to multiple customer personas, industry verticals, and global markets. 
  • Own the planning, orchestration, and execution of product launches, including cross-functional alignment, launch communications, enablement, and performance measurement. 
  • Architect scalable product marketing processes and frameworks to ensure operational excellence, consistency, and efficiency across teams and stakeholders. 
  • Lead channel measurement initiatives; analyze performance data and optimize channel strategies to maximize pipeline, adoption, and ROI. 
  • Oversee the creation and ongoing refinement of sales enablement assets (battle cards, pitch decks, training resources) in partnership with Sales leadership to drive field readiness and effectiveness. 
  • Direct market intelligence and customer research efforts to inform product strategy, positioning, and integrated campaign planning. 
  • Partner with Brand, Content, and Demand Generation teams to develop materials that accelerate buyer journeys and address key personas’ needs. 
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. 
Who you are:
  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, including at least 2+ years in a people management or team lead role; demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product launches in a SaaS environment. 
  • Extensive experience designing and scaling internal processes and frameworks for cross-functional teams in high-growth organizations. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies for B2B SaaS products. 
  • Deep expertise in developing and executing persona-based marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes 
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling sales enablement programs and tools for global sales teams. 
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills; thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive audiences and external stakeholders.

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
 
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
