About the Role
As a Senior Manager of Product Management - Exposure Command, you will define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our exposure prioritization and remediation orchestration capabilities. You will lead a team of product managers, partner across functions to align product strategy and operational delivery, and deliver measurable impact on customer experience and platform growth. This is an in-office leadership role based in Boston or Arlington.
In this role, you will:
- Define the vision and strategy for core product areas that help customers detect, prioritize, and resolve exposures with clarity and speed
- Relentlessly advocate for our users, ensuring their voice is represented in every product decision, backlog conversation, and roadmap commitment
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers to deliver experiences that delight customers, solve real problems, and improve day-to-day workflows
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Threat Intel, Customer Success, and Sales to align on customer-centric delivery that is technically sound and market-ready
- Stay deeply connected to customers through regular interviews, feedback loops, shadowing sessions, and ongoing discovery to surface unmet needs
- Use outcome-driven product thinking to define success, and lead the team in measuring customer impact through adoption, time to value, and satisfaction scores
- Drive internal alignment on value delivery across teams, ensuring high-quality launches, tight enablement feedback loops, and clear go-to-market messaging
The skills you'll bring include:
- A proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise SaaS experiences that drive measurable customer value
- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading product teams (in cybersecurity or infrastructure SaaS preferred)
- Deep empathy for users and a desire to engage directly with them to understand their context, workflows, and frustrations
- Demonstrated success in leading product discovery, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment through customer-centric principles
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and launch features that are intuitive, reliable, and loved
- Familiarity with exposure management, remediation workflows, cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security automation is a plus
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align teams, inspire action, and champion the customer's voice internally
