If you're a seasoned learning professional who excels at managing the big picture rather than individual components, this role is your opportunity to shine. As our Senior Manager of Product Learning, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive virtual learning programs and processes that elevate our entire training ecosystem. In this high-impact position, you'll drive operational excellence by architecting, implementing, and managing end-to-end virtual learning processes that transform how our dealer partner’s master our products and methodologies across our organization. Your focus will be on creating scalable, efficient virtual learning processes rather than just content delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 


Virtual Learning Process Management 

  • Design and implement comprehensive virtual learning processes from needs assessment to delivery and evaluation 
  • Establish standardized frameworks for virtual learning that ensure consistency across all training initiatives 
  • Develop scalable process models that can adapt to changing business requirements 
  • Create governance structures for virtual learning process implementation and maintenance 
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for all virtual learning processes based on data-driven insights 
  • Build and refine learning process workflows that optimize resource utilization 

Virtual Learning Technology & System Integration 

  • Lead the strategic implementation and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) and related technologies 
  • Architect comprehensive virtual learning technology ecosystems that integrate multiple platforms and tools 
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for all virtual learning technologies 
  • Establish metrics and analytics frameworks to evaluate technology effectiveness and ROI 
  • Create system integration models that connect virtual learning platforms with other enterprise systems 
  • Implement automation and workflow enhancements to streamline virtual learning delivery 

Learning Strategy & Process Innovation 

  • Develop enterprise-wide virtual learning strategies aligned with business objectives 
  • Create frameworks for translating automotive industry knowledge into scalable learning processes 
  • Establish standardized methodologies for virtual content development and delivery 
  • Design learning journeys and process maps for different roles and competency levels 
  • Research and implement innovative virtual learning approaches to maximize engagement and retention 
  • Develop measurement strategies to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact 

Team Leadership 

  • Coach teams on process consistency and best practices 
  • Provide mentorship to ensure training quality and knowledge transfer 
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives 
  • Lead cross-functional training programs to improve tool utilization and process adherence 
  • Prioritize training initiatives based on business impact and strategic objectives 

Skills and Experience 

  • 5+ years of process design and implementation in learning environments 
  • 3+ years of virtual learning management system administration and optimization 
  • 3+ years experience designing and implementing virtual learning processes and workflows 
  • Demonstrated expertise in learning technology ecosystem management and integration 
  • Strong understanding of automotive software implementation and support processes 
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement methodologies 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, automotive technology, or related field 
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience implementing and managing enterprise-wide virtual learning processes 
  • Knowledge of learning experience platforms (LXP) and integration with LMS systems 
  • Experience with virtual learning analytics and reporting systems 
  • Familiarity with process automation tools for learning delivery 
  • Automotive industry knowledge a plus

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range

$107,500$158,100 USD
