As the Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy, you will formulate pricing and packaging strategy based on financial and competitive with cross-functional and leadership support to implement them into sales as well as operational processes that underpin these strategies. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership teams to ensure competitive and consistent pricing across our diverse product portfolio.  Reporting to the Vice President of Monetization and Product Lifecycle and you will be a core member of the Strategy and Transformation organization.

As a Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy you will: 

  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute pricing policies as well as strategies that align with business objectives, market conditions, and competitive dynamics

  • Pricing Execution: Ensure pricing strategies are accurately implemented in our systems and pricing engines

  • Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Tableau to analyze pricing data, customer behavior, and market trends to make informed pricing decisions

  • Salesforce Integration: Oversee the integration of pricing strategies into the Salesforce CRM, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for sales teams including training/education

  • Pricing Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize pricing structures to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to gather insights and align pricing strategies with the overall business goals

  • Reporting & Monitoring: Generate regular reports and dashboards to track pricing performance, KPIs, and recommendations for improvement based on data as well as periodic review with key stakeholders across sales, finance and GTM teams

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 8-10 years of experience in the B2B technology industry across Strategic Pricing, Pricing Execution and/or Deal Desk

  • Understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models; Understanding of two-tier channel, OEM, and other indirect models

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate as well as influence effectively across all levels of the organization

  • Superlative written, verbal, and visual communication skills 

  • Knowledge of pricing and marketing launches including the teams and steps needed to get to the finish line

  • Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S. as required

It is a plus if you have:

  • Defining and driving pricing programs at an enterprise company

  • Working closely and maintaining healthy relationships with various cross-functional teams and senior leadership

  • Translating and communicating complex topics in a variety of forums, tailoring communications to effectively fit and influence the targeted audience

  • Being very thorough and detail-oriented in your tasks and deliverables

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines, advanced degree preferred

  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship

The expected base salary range for this role in California is $150- 165K USD. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location
