We're looking for a strategic, people-first Senior Manager to lead a high-performing Solution Consulting team across Platform, App Engine, Workflow Data Fabric, and AI. This leader will elevate technical excellence, drive cross-functional alignment, and build a culture rooted in curiosity, clarity, and customer impact.
What You'll Lead• Team Leadership & Coaching: Develop, mentor, and inspire a team of Advisory/Sr. Advisory Solution Consultants; elevate technical depth, storytelling, and execution.• Strategic Direction: Shape presales strategy across App Engine, Data Fabric, and AI, ensuring consistency, top-tier customer experience, and strong deal execution.• Customer Impact: Guide teams through discovery, solution architecture, and value articulation for complex enterprise opportunities.• Cross-Functional Partnership: Align closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery to drive pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and customer success.• Operational Excellence: Manage resourcing, prioritization, enablement, and productivity; champion best practices and scalable assets.• Thought Leadership: Represent the organization in executive briefings, workshops, enablement sessions, and strategic customer conversations.• Innovation Mindset: Foster continuous learning across low-code, data integration, AI, automation, and platform architecture trends.
