Role Overview

As the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing Operations, you lead a team at the nexus of mobile marketing performance and marketing operational excellence. You bring together a deep understanding of mobile growth strategies and create scalable systems that accelerate acquisition, engagement, and retention. You are responsible for driving mobile app growth across performance channels. You work to optimize app flows related to onboarding, feature adoption, and upsells. 

You combine strategic thinking with executional precision, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to improve user journeys, unify systems, and unlock insights.

What you do each day:

  • Lead mobile marketing strategy across paid and organic channels to drive app installs, activations, and long-term retention
  • Oversee technology platforms related to mobile app (i.e. Adjust, Branch) and drive strategic usage to support growth objectives
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for app store optimization, onboarding flows, and in-app messaging
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research and market analysis to inform acquisition strategies and product alignment
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between growth marketing, product, and data teams to ensure cohesive mobile experiences
  • Define and implement scalable operational processes for campaign execution, measurement, and reporting
  • Establish KPIs and build dashboards to monitor app performance, tech stack utilization, and marketing impact
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and results-driven collaboration

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, mobile marketing, or marketing operations, with at least 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proven success scaling mobile user acquisition and engagement through paid channels and lifecycle campaigns
  • Expertise in marketing and mobile tech platforms (Adjust, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, META Ads, etc)
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with performance reporting and competitive analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $123,000-$154,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
