The Opportunity

Today our Strategic Partner Managers own both partner relationships and much of the enablement work required to drive awareness and referrals. As our ecosystem expands, we need a dedicated leader focused on activating partner teams at scale.

Your mission is simple: Increase partner-generated pipeline and revenue by making sure every relevant seller, customer success manager, account manager, and solutions consultant within our partner ecosystem knows when and how to position Multiplier.

You will serve as the bridge between Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Enablement to create repeatable partner activation programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Partner Enablement & Training

  • Build and deliver partner-facing enablement programs.

  • Conduct live virtual and in-person training sessions.

  • Create role-specific training for:

    • Sales Representatives

    • Account Managers

    • Customer Success Managers

    • Solutions Consultants

    • Channel Managers

  • Develop onboarding programs for new partner sellers.

  • Establish partner certification and accreditation programs.

  • Maintain partner playbooks, battlecards, messaging guides, and referral frameworks.

Field Activation

  • Travel to partner offices, SKOs, kickoffs, QBRs, and regional events.

  • Conduct roadshows and partner training tours.

  • Support strategic launches, marketplace activations, and integration rollouts.

  • Partner with Strategic Partner Managers to activate newly signed partnerships quickly.

Pipeline Generation

  • Create programs that help partner teams identify referral opportunities.

  • Build repeatable motions that drive referrals from customer-facing teams.

  • Collaborate with Partner Managers to launch incentive programs, contests, and campaigns.

  • Measure training effectiveness through pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Content & Program Development

  • Build scalable enablement assets including:

    • Training decks

    • Recorded learning modules

    • Discovery guides

    • Competitive positioning

    • Use case playbooks

    • Industry-specific messaging

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Revenue Enablement teams.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track enablement effectiveness across partner ecosystems.

  • Measure:

    • Sellers enabled

    • Trainings delivered

    • Certification completion

    • Referrals generated

    • Opportunities created

    • Pipeline influenced

    • Revenue sourced

  • Regularly present insights and recommendations to leadership.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in:

    • Partner Enablement

    • Sales Enablement

    • Channel Enablement

    • Customer Education

    • Revenue Enablement

    • Training or Learning & Development

  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Strong executive communication abilities.

  • Experience building training programs from scratch.

  • Ability to simplify complex topics and teach effectively.

  • Comfortable speaking to groups ranging from 5 to 500 people.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred

  • Experience within:

    • HR Technology

    • Payroll

    • HCM

    • SaaS

    • Global Employment

    • Workforce Management

  • Experience supporting channel, alliance, or strategic partnership programs.

  • Background in education, teaching, coaching, instructional design, or corporate learning.

  • Experience working with Salesforce and partner ecosystem platforms.

Success Metrics

First 90 Days

  • Complete onboarding across all strategic partnerships.

  • Audit current enablement programs and assets.

  • Launch standardized partner enablement framework.

  • Establish reporting and measurement process.

First 12 Months

  • Enable 1,000+ partner-facing professionals.

  • Conduct 100+ partner training sessions.

  • Launch certification program for strategic partners.

  • Improve referral volume and partner-sourced pipeline across the ecosystem.

  • Become the trusted enablement resource for every strategic partner relationship.
