Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Paid Social is responsible for planning and activating paid social campaigns across a variety of channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.. You’ll lead a team of junior colleagues while also working in a client-facing capacity, presenting QBRs and participating in strategy and planning meetings. 

Responsibilities 

You Will... 

  • Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across a multitude of social platforms. 

  • Manage daily paid social operations. 

  • Manage and mentor junior team members. 

  • Work directly with client to discuss strategy, planning. 

  • Present QBRs to client 

  • Attend planning meetings with client. 

  • Provide POVs both proactively and when requested 

  • Foster collaboration with other channels and partner with Client Services 

  • Act as primary point of contact for team escalation and participate in daily client communication. 

Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social media  

  • Previous experience managing direct/dotted-line reports and/or mentoring junior team 

  • Solid understanding of media technologies and emerging trends 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including written and verbal 

  • Strong analytical skills. Must be able to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data 

  • Excellent knowledge of the digital media landscape for both branding and direct response campaigns 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, dynamic environment 

  • Ability to work independently as well as work in a team in a collaborative, problem-solving environment. 

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables) 

The hourly pay range for this position is  $37.50 - $ 60.82. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
