Position Overview
The Sr. Manager, Onsite Digital Products plays a key role in Marriott’s Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI organization by managing data products that power onsite digital experiences across properties. This role is responsible for translating business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance guest engagement, operational efficiency, and personalized services at the property level.
As the product leader for onsite digital capabilities, this position partners with technology, operations, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly with Marriott’s digital ecosystem. Through strategic execution and cross-functional collaboration, the Sr. Manager ensures onsite digital products align with enterprise priorities, comply with governance standards, and deliver measurable impact on guest satisfaction and property performance.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the roadmap for onsite digital data products supporting property-level experiences.

Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms.

Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications for onsite digital solutions.

Drive adoption of onsite digital capabilities across properties and monitor performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and security standards.

Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and resolve delivery challenges.

Champion innovation in onsite digital engagement, personalization, and operational tools.

Represent onsite digital product strategy in enterprise forums and cross-functional initiatives.

Support Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across product lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Product Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in hospitality or retail environments.

Proven success in delivering property-level or onsite digital solutions at scale.

Strong understanding of data integration, personalization technologies, and digital engagement platforms.

Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps.

Familiarity with privacy, security, and compliance frameworks for digital solutions.
