About the Role
The Senior Manager, North America Brand Marketing will play a critical role in driving the brand's commercial success across the region. Reporting into the Head of North America Marketing, this individual will lead go-to-market strategies, develop integrated marketing plans, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Global Marketing, Creative, and Commercial teams to execute best-in-class launches and retail marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with strong execution and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Head of North America Marketing to execute the regional brand marketing strategy.
  • Own and manage the North America marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead North America go-to-market planning for new product launches and key business initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive launch plans that support commercial objectives and drive consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the North America Sales organization to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Create retailer-specific marketing programs supporting key strategic accounts, including Target, Ulta, and Amazon.
  • Develop KPI frameworks, monitor business performance, and provide regular marketing performance reporting.
  • Support the development, tracking, and management of the North America marketing budget.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Creative, Sales, Commercial, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs based on performance insights and market trends.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6–10+ years of progressive brand marketing experience within consumer products, beauty, personal care, wellness, or a related industry.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, including mass retail and eCommerce.
  • Experience partnering with major retail accounts such as Target, Ulta, Amazon, Walmart, or similar national retailers.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing KPIs, interpreting business performance, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting initiatives.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

The salary range for this role is $120, 000 - $130,000 annually based on experience.
