The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager National Solutions Provider (NSP). The NSP sales professional will develop & manage major named accounts to develop and expand end user market segment with the support of designated NSP Account Managers.  You will be responsible for developing and managing current accounts, cultivating market segment, qualifying & closing major sales opportunities.

This is a national position with up to 70% Travel. The role is home office based in any metro area with close proximity to an airport.

This role will focus on key deliverables in the following areas:

 Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the NSP sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by motivating and inspiring team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to NSP partners to drive market share growth.
  • Align sales objectives with LG’s overall business strategy and NSP goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and innovative sales approaches to maximize revenue.
  • Work closely with account managers to ensure execution of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.

NSP Partner Management & Business Development

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key NSP accounts to enhance business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with NSPs to create joint go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and incentive programs with NSP partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify challenges, and drive improvements.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor sales performance, track key KPIs, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities to adjust strategies.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with LG’s marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and maximize NSP engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, product launches, and sales enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams for pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.

Training & Enablement

  • Ensure the NSP sales team is well-equipped with product knowledge, competitive insights, and sales tools.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members for professional growth and skill development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the technology, consumer electronics, or IT industries.
  • Minimum 3+ years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Prior experience managing NSPs, channel partners, or large enterprise accounts is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights for business decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales reporting systems.
  • Ability to travel for business meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge and Experience of display technologies including but not limited to: LCD LED technologies, software and firmware, networking, video conferencing, Computer
  • Knowledge of LG’s product portfolio and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Initiative and ability to work in a multicultural environment




Recruiting Range
$140,000$165,000 USD
