We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Technology & Operations to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with global teams to scale the business, build sustainable processes, manage critical infrastructure and tools, oversee marketing performance measurement, and optimize the end-to-end marketing workflow. This is an opportunity to drive measurable impact on business growth while enabling alignment and collaboration across our complex, matrixed organization. You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and IT leadership to define and execute a marketing operations & technology strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Developing and defining the comprehensive roadmap for marketing platforms to meet the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Overseeing email campaigns, ensuring adherence to policies like GDPR, PDPA, and CAN-SPAM, while optimizing deliverability and engagement
  • Building and scaling technologies and processes with Partner Marketing to drive operational efficiencies and excellence
  • Leading transformation initiatives to continuously improve marketing processes and introduce best practices for adoption across global teams

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in strategic operational roles, ideally within a global and cross-functional environment
  • Significant, advanced, and recent experience with Marketo and SFDC, preferably with Marketo Certified Expert credentials
  • Demonstrated success executing marketing campaigns using Marketo, including database management, Smart List development, setting up campaigns, and creating nurture tracks
  • Proven success in a global, multi-product, matrixed organization, navigating complex structures, and driving cross-stakeholder alignment
  • 3+ years specifically in marketing operations, with hands-on experience in partner operations, lead lifecycle management, data integrity, technology integrations, and funnel optimization

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Advanced knowledge in Marketo & SFDC and other marketing technology stacks
  • Experience with lead management systems like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) and partner demand center (PDC) solutions
  • Background working with Partner Marketing, IT/Data Strategy, Sales, Finance, and Channel teams

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$136,500$195,000 USD
