The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and strategic thinker with deep experience in marketing strategy, program management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team that supports Brand, Live, Sports, Franchise, and Content marketing, aligning processes so campaigns consistently flow through our standard planning frameworks with strategic rigor.
Partner across the enterprise to advance key tools (e.g., MMM, Airtable, Claude) that support Marketing's planning and investment decisions.
Develop workflows with automation in mind, leaning into AI to streamline and quicken results.

Serve as a strategic thought partner to Marketing leadership, ensuring campaigns are aligned with our business goals and that insights translate into sharper prioritization decisions across the org.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, media strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field.
Proven success leading cross-functional projects and strategic planning processes.

Proven background in building and scaling marketing operations or strategy functions.
Experience with executive reporting and crafting strategic narratives for leadership.
Strong understanding of cross-functional workflows between creative, media, strategy, and data science teams.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities to support evolving business needs and objectives.
