We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Manager, Revenue Planning to join our team. This individual will serve as a strategic right hand to the Director and is positioned as a key successor within the function. 

In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering accurate, high-impact analysis and cross-functional insights that support strategic initiatives across Marketing, Operations, and other critical areas. A significant part of your responsibility will be managing senior stakeholders, understanding evolving business priorities, and translating them into actionable, data-driven solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring data accuracy, maximizing analysis effectiveness, and driving alignment between business insights and executive decisions. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering accurate, actionable insights and performance analysis (e.g., conversion optimization recommendations, trend identification, and key drivers across channels) across Marketing, Operations, and other functions. 

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders—understanding their evolving priorities and converting business needs into clear analytical questions and impactful insights. 

  • Ensure analytical outputs maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and relevance to business objectives. 

  • Lead cross-functional revenue planning projects from end to end, including stakeholder alignment, timeline management, and outcome delivery (e.g., Budget Process involving 3 different business areas during 3-4 months of work. Leading logistics, priorities, deadlines, data challenges, analysis and communications). 

  • Own key forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting processes, ensuring data integrity and timeliness. 

  • Translate complex data into compelling, executive-ready business narratives that inform strategic decisions. 

  • Connect financial performance to strategic and operational levers to provide leadership with meaningful insights and recommendations. 

  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing & Operations, and other departments to ensure revenue plans align with broader organizational goals. 

  • Identify and implement process improvements across planning cycles, data workflows, and reporting routines to improve efficiency and accuracy. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Planning, Strategy, or Management Consulting. 

  • Experience managing high-performing teams and leading complex, cross-functional projects. 

  • Advanced Excel skills (including modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced formulas). 

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and validation. 

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of how to ensure data accuracy and draw meaningful business insights. 

  • Ability to build, interpret, and stress-test complex financial and operational models. 

  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in presenting to and influencing senior executives. 

  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects in fast-paced, data-driven environments. 

  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work cross-functionally. 

 

Preferred Background 

  • Familiarity with Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. 

  • Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics, call center operations, or student lifecycle analytics.
