Job Summary:

LifeStance Health is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Manager for Growth Analytics, comprised of Marketing and Business Development (BD), to lead and enhance our data infrastructure, analytics, and marketing & BD technology initiatives. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of our marketing and BD technology stack, driving data-informed strategies, and ensuring that our digital marketing efforts are both measurable and effective. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, product, business development and data science teams to drive performance improvements and strategic insights that support our mission to improve access to behavioral healthcare.

Compensation: $130,000 - 165,000/annually, with additional bonus potential

Role and Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Develop KPIs, track, and analyze digital marketing and business development performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced data models to measure marketing and business development effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Technology Optimization:

  • Manage marketing technology platforms (CRM, automation tools, Heap Analytics, and Yext Listings).
  • Oversee Google BigQuery to consolidate and analyze marketing datasets.
  • Oversee Salesforce CRM data and process optimization.

Data Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and privacy compliance.
  • Maintain business intelligence workspace structure and access protocols.
  • Develop, publish, and disseminate PowerBI content with a scalable and user-friendly approach


Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Work with engineering, product, and operations teams to optimize processes and improve marketing ROI.
  • Partner with business development to understand referral business growth and opportunity
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide training as needed.

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Translate business needs into data requirements and proofs of concept.
  • Drive integration of data into decision-making across teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and enhance analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data management, or related roles, preferably in a healthcare or technology-focused environment
  • Hands-on experience with a listings management platform, ensuring accurate business information across various online directories required; Yext experience preferred
  • Strong experience with dedicated Analytics tools, including setup, tracking, and analysis of behavioral data across digital platforms required; Heap experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Google BigQuery for querying, analyzing, and managing large datasets
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing technology stacks, including CRM, automation platforms, and data management platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and KPIs, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills, with experience in other data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, particularly around data privacy and security (HIPAA) preferred
