We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Manager - Financial Systems - to lead and manage the support and enhancement Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion Financials and other integrated financial systems with a focus on Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, Invoice to Cash, Invoice to Pay and Financial Close process! The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with deep business process understanding to drive efficiency, scalability, and value across finance and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
Support current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Serve as the subject matter expert and technical owner for Oracle Cloud modules related to General Ledger, Cost Management, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Global Intercompany System, Supplier Portal, Tax and Cash Management.
Support integration with Oracle Cloud EPM modules.
Support third-party integrations with Bloomberg, Workday, Citibank, Thomson Reuters One Source, OpenText and Model N.
Manage the Finance Close Calendar for timely financial close and reporting.
Lead the continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for financial and accounting operations.
Salary Range
The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.
$178.9K - $259.0K USD

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
12+ years of experience in Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, Invoice to Cash, Invoice to Pay, Cost Management and Intercompany processes with specific experience in Oracle Fusion ERP.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP architecture and integration.
Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing teams for large-scale global systems implementations across multiple countries.
Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to management teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
Additional Information:
Position will require working with global teams who are based in different time zones.
Position may require occasional travel to Altera offices as required.
