The Senior Manager, Business Analysis, Digital Marketing is responsible for understanding and improving business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups. You will be guiding a team of business analysts and partnering with stakeholders to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements. You will improve the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with business units beyond the IS organization to establish sound business practices for a global team.
- Execute and partner with leaders to assist in developing the overall strategy of the Digital Marketing program and IS partnership
- Define use cases that align technology output to commercial objectives
- Ensure communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Lead collaborative effort for business case development
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and architects in providing IT services and initiatives to the business
- Coordinate and support requirements gathering activities for projects that span multiple teams across the company
- Communicate on projects by ensuring regular status updates to the team, business leadership and additional stakeholders
What you need:
Required:
- Bachelors degree required; preferably in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Computer Information Systems
- 10 years experience in business, strategy and IS/IT management
- 2+ years people leadership or direct people management experience
- Proficiency with digital marketing technologies (Adobe AEM, Marketo, Workfront, Analytics) including knowledge of integrating these tools into marketing strategies
- Previous experience within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products and IS requirements.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure
- Demonstrated ability to enhance both external and internal customer experiences through digital channels
- Ability to effectively manage shifts in evolving digital marketing trends and technologies
