What You’ll Do
The Senior Manager of International Accounting will lead all aspects of the company’s international accounting and financial reporting operations across its international entities. This leader will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial close and reporting in compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements, driving process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional and cross-border teams to support growth and compliance.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for international subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, local statutory regulations, debt covenants, and tax requirements in all jurisdictions
- Ensure the legal international legal entities' financial accuracy
- Lead and coordinate with the supply chain on cross-border physical assets transfers and compliance
- Manage and coordinate external audits and statutory filings for international entities.
- Lead the creation and integration of new international operations or acquired entities into the company’s accounting systems and processes.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly international reporting package, flux analysis, business KPI etc.
- Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Business Operations and International Business Teams to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Manage international transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions in collaboration with the Tax and legal teams.
- Drive automation and scalability of international accounting operations through ERP improvements and technology implementations.
- Serve as the accounting lead for international expansion, helping structure new operations from a financial compliance perspective.

Who You Are
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role with international accounting scope, CPA required
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting standards (IFRS, statutory GAAPs).
- Experience working in or with multinational companies with multiple international subsidiaries.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing accounting teams.
- Strong project management skills, especially around ERP implementations and international integrations.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $135,000 to $198,000 and $162,000 to $238,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
