SUMMARY: 

So Good So You is seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer & Partnerships to join our growing marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to own and evolve our influencer marketing program while simultaneously building our brand partnerships function from the ground up. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be an integral part of how we show up culturally, grow brand awareness, and connect with new audiences across both earned and collaborative channels.

This is an exciting and dynamic role for a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is energized by building and leading new programs based on previous experiences, and wants to help shape the next chapter of a rapidly growing wellness brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    Influencer Marketing

  • Collaborate closely with external creative agencies, So Good So You’s Brand Manager, and Social team to execute and evolve influencer initiatives to be fully integrated, 360° marketing initiatives.

  • Lead strategy for evergreen seeding programs as well as seasonal mailer programs, ensuring an elevated influencer experience. 

  • Partner with the Social team to ensure tracking of content and consistency of communications with influencer partners.

  • Own the organization and reporting of influencer relationships, ensuring accurate records. 

  • Lead the paid influencer marketing program  including sourcing, negotiating, contracting, briefing, and executing influencer campaigns.

  • Manage the influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize results.

  • Monthly internal reporting, providing both organic and paid insights of influencer activity and landscape.

  • Manage contractors and agency partners who may support influencer execution ensuring quality and brand alignment.

  •  

    Brand Partnerships

  • Lead the brand partnerships function with confidence and autonomy by bringing your own framework, process, and point of view to how we identify, pursue, and advocate for the right opportunities. 

  • Draw on your own existing network and category knowledge to build a pipeline of co-marketing partnerships with aligned wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and media brands.

  • Own partnerships end-to-end from initial outreach and pitch through negotiation, contracting, campaign execution, and reporting.

  • Develop and maintain a strategic partnership pipeline, managing relationships with intention to maximize long-term brand equity and awareness.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Social, and Retail teams to ensure partnerships are integrated into broader marketing initiatives.

  • Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and learnings to continuously optimize the partnership program.

  • Stay ahead of cultural trends and emerging partnership models that could unlock new, creative opportunities for So Good So You.

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • A strategic and creative marketer with a passion for storytelling and the creator economy, and brand building.
  • Someone who has owned partnerships before and knows what good looks like.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively across functions (i.e. creators, internal teams, etc).

  • Are comfortable operating independently and making strategic decisions with limited oversight.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.

  • A relationship builder who leads with curiosity, warmth, and professionalism in every internal and external interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7+ years of experience working in influencer, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing ideally within CPG, nutrition, or wellness industries. 

  • Proven ability to lead and scale influencer marketing programs, including paid and organic strategies.

  • Hands-on experience owning brand partnerships end-to-end. You’ve identified opportunities, led outreach, negotiated terms, and seen campaigns from execution through measurement.

  • Experience building or launching a partnerships function, or clear examples of owning new programs with minimal structure.

  • Deep knowledge of trends, creator economy dynamics, and platform algorithms.

  • Familiarity with influencer platforms/tools (i.e., CreatorIQ, Aspire, GRIN, Sprout Social, etc). 

  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management for both influencer and partnership agreements.

  • Demonstrated experience managing contractors, agencies, or vendor relationships.

  • Experience defining and trackaging partnership KPIs including reach, engagement, co-brand conversion, and earned media value and the ability to translate those metrics into clear business impact and ROI storytelling.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

    In accordance with Minnesota's Pay Transparency Law (effective January 1, 2025), the salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annually.

    In addition to the base salary, the following benefits are offered:

  • Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of annual bonus
