What You'll Drive:
- Operational Excellence & HR Execution:
- Deliver the continuous improvement and scaling of all HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an outstanding employee lifecycle.
- Direct the strategic utilization and optimization of our HRIS (and other HR tech) to enhance data integrity, reporting, and automation.
- Guide the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support business objectives and employee well-being.
- Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive employee engagement programs designed to boost morale, enhance productivity, and foster a connected workforce.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing expert guidance and ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution.
- Champion an environment of open communication and trust, acting as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.
- Culture Building & Nurturing:
- Shape and cultivate Convoso's unique company culture, embedding our values into daily practices and employee programs.
- Initiate and lead initiatives that celebrate successes, reinforce our identity, and strengthen our collective spirit.
- Influence leaders\managers and employees to actively participate in building an inclusive and positive workplace.
- Partnership & Guidance to Leaders\Managers
- Approachable and supportive guidance for all Managers as they navigate various components of their business and team success.
- Deliver and enhance performance management programs to align goals, objectives, and feedback in a meaningful process to enhance employee experience and drive performance success.
- Guide leaders\managers in providing tools and resources to grow their knowledge and skills in their development as a leader\manager.
- Compensation and Benefits Analysis & Support:
- Collaborate with leadership and finance to gather and analyze data for compensation benchmarking, ensuring our pay structures remain competitive and equitable.
- Assist in the administration of compensation-related processes and programs.
- Contribute insights to the development of strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Company-Wide Event Planning & Execution:
- Direct the strategy and flawless execution of all company-wide events, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
- Orchestrate logistical complexities, manage significant budgets, and ensure these events powerfully reinforce our culture and engagement goals.
- Building and Enabling an Exceptional Workplace:
- Strategize and implement impactful employee engagement programs and initiatives that embed inclusivity into our hiring, development, and retention practices.
- Champion diversity of thought and background, fostering an inclusive environment where every employee feels they belong and can thrive.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure comprehensive hiring practices.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA/MA HR) preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or senior HR generalist role.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR operational processes.
- Experience in a competitive industry with a high-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, engagement strategies, and culture development.
- Experience supporting compensation analysis, payroll and benefits administration.
- Exceptional event planning and project management skills for company-wide initiatives.
- A deep understanding and practical experience in driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., PayCor, ClearCo, Bonusly, My 90, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite & Google tools expertise.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, approachable, with leadership abilities, and a capacity to influence and advise at all levels.
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR are highly desirable.

Compensation:
The base salary range is: $115,000 - $125,000
The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso’s compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.
