If you’re passionate about creativity, innovation, and making a significant impact, Polycam is the place for you!

About this Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing who can ignite our customer acquisition engine. In this hands-on role, you’ll shape the strategy and guide its execution—serving as both the architect and operator. You’ll lead our performance marketing strategy across paid channels, build scalable systems, and explore new, innovative channels for growth.

If you’re passionate about first principles, creativity, innovation, and making an impact, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the growth strategy across performance marketing, blending a deep understanding of our audiences, creative and rapid fire experimentation to scale customer acquisition.
  • Set and manage ambitious acquisition targets: forecast performance, allocate spend, and optimize ROI across channels.
  • Build a high-velocity experimentation loop: rapidly test creative, copy, landing pages and audience segments to find breakthrough levers.
  • Partner with the sales, product and engineering to improve conversion across the full funnel.
  • Pilot and scale new channels to diversify our acquisition portfolio and find new growth levers.
  • Bring a global mindset, testing localization strategies to unlock new markets.
  • Go beyond the B2B playbook. Stay on the edge of what’s possible with AI, creative tools, and platform innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You have 7+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing, with deep expertise in paid social and paid search.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple channels including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Apple Ads, and other emerging platforms.
  • You’ve owned the strategy and execution for customer acquisition in-house, ideally within a B2B business model.
  • Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), with the ability to design and optimize seamless post-click user journeys that drive engagement and maximize ROI.
  • You run high velocity experimentation at scale, you think in hypotheses and run rapid fire experiments to test them.
  • You’re energized by autonomy and ambiguity. You thrive in fast-moving environments and have a bias toward action and learning.
  • You’re a cross-functional collaborator who builds strong relationships with product, design and sales.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.

Our Commitment to You:

At Polycam, we're committed to the health and well-being of our team! We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance to support your health and peace of mind. Maximize your benefits with both Health and Dependent Care FSAs for added tax savings. While we currently don’t offer a company match, we do provide a 401(k) plan through Guideline to help you plan for a secure and bright future.

We also offer a flexible PTO policy so you can maintain a healthy work-life balance, and one Monday each quarter, the whole company takes the day off to recharge. Enjoy flex-time working hours to fit your schedule and 12 weeks of parental leave to support you during life's important moments.

We’re invested in your growth—enjoy $1,500 annually to spend on certifications, courses, training, and more! Plus, we keep things engaging with in-person team-specific meetups, conferences, and biannual field trips to unique sites across the nation. Join us and thrive with Polycam!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
