About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager, GTM FP&A to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be a key finance partner to our Sales, Marketing, Product, Renewals, and Customer Success teams, supporting strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy by providing actionable insights and financial guidance to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment between financial goals and business initiatives
- Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for all GTM functions, including pipeline analysis, headcount planning, CAC/LTV metrics, and ROI on spend
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate GTM performance, assess investment opportunities, and forecast revenue and expense trends
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify drivers of variances, and develop dashboards and reports to drive visibility and accountability
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve go-to-market efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Business Intelligence teams to improve forecasting accuracy and data quality
- Support the Marketing team by providing visibility into all marketing spend, evaluating campaign and program ROI, and helping allocate investment toward the highest-performing channels and initiatives
- Partner with the Renewals team to analyze retention trends, forecast renewal performance, and identify opportunities to optimize renewal strategies
- Support board reporting, executive-level presentations, and ad hoc strategic projects as needed
- Mentor team members and help elevate FP&A capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 6–8+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong preference for experience in GTM finance or SaaS/technology environments
- Experience managing and developing a small team (typically 1–3 direct reports)
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, CAC, LTV, etc.) and sales/marketing performance drivers
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner cross-functionally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau)
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based company with a channel-led, 2-tier distribution, or hybrid GTM model
- Familiarity with partner/channel sales structures, incentives, and key performance metrics
- Experience supporting channel marketing programs and evaluating MDF (Market Development Funds) ROI
- Proficiency in analyzing and modeling channel program investments and partner performance
Compensation
The base salary range is $160,000 - $175,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 15% of the base salary. Your base salary compensation will be based on your individual skills, education, and experience. Please keep in mind that the above range is the full base salary range for this role; hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
