Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Global FP&A will serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership team during a period of sustained growth and modernization. This role will function as a player-coach—driving hands-on financial analysis, guiding budgeting and forecasting cycles, and building an FP&A capability that scales globally as the organization expands.
The ideal candidate has experience in high-growth environments, brings discipline to financial planning, and can lead the selection and implementation of new FP&A/ERP systems. This individual will own monthly variance reporting, quarterly forecasting, and the annual operating plan, while partnering closely with leaders across operations, delivery, sales, and shared services.
This role offers significant visibility, impact, and the opportunity to architect the next evolution of the company’s finance infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly reforecasting, and multi-year financial planning process.
- Produce monthly variance analyses and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain financial models supporting capacity, utilization, and margin analysis.
Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Serve as primary finance partner for senior leaders globally.
- Drive monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Support pricing, ROI modeling, capital allocation, and scenario planning.
Systems, Automation & Data
- Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of FP&A/ERP systems.
- Standardize reporting and automate deliverables using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Improve data structure and accuracy in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Leadership & Team Development
- Act as a player-coach while building and maturing the FP&A team.
- Create processes and forecasting frameworks across regions.
- Mentor future FP&A staff.
Global Finance & Multi-Entity Support
- Support FX analysis, multi-currency consolidation, and international forecasting.
- Align global partners on planning assumptions and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive FP&A/corporate finance experience.
- Professional services experience strongly preferred.
- High-growth environment experience required.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and working SQL knowledge.
- Exposure to ERP/FP&A implementations.
- Strong communication skills; ability to simplify complex insights.
- Bachelor's required; MBA/CFA preferred.

- Forecast Accuracy & Operational Rigor
- Achieve quarterly forecast variance of ±3–5% for revenue and EBITDA.
- Implement rolling 12–18 month forecasts with scenario planning.
- Standardize core forecasting drivers across global units.
FP&A Process Maturity
- Establish a formal monthly performance review package used by executive leadership.
- Reduce manual reporting workload by 30–50% through automation.
- Deploy weekly KPI dashboards tied to leading indicators.
Systems & Infrastructure
- Deliver a system selection recommendation for FP&A/ERP modernization.
- Lead phase 1 implementation with measurable improvements in reporting speed and data integrity.
- Achieve 70–80% automation of recurring reports.
Business Partnering & Influence
- Establish quarterly business reviews with clear insights, actions, and performance visibility.
- Demonstrate measurable adoption of FP&A insights in senior leadership decisions.
- Improve budgeting participation and satisfaction across departments.
Cost Discipline & Strategic Impact
- Identify $1–3M in margin or cost improvement opportunities supported by data.
- Deliver a capacity and utilization model enabling forward-looking hiring decisions.
- Support at least one major strategic initiative with robust financial modeling.
Team Development & FP&A Scaling
- Implement FP&A SOPs covering forecasting, reporting, and data governance.
- Define team structure and hire first FP&A team member if approved.
- Improve Finance’s internal NPS via year-end partner feedback.
Executive Communication & Board Readiness
- Deliver board-quality monthly and quarterly financial materials.
- Establish executive dashboards highlighting trends, risks, and required actions.
