As the Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing at Mosaic, you will own the direction and performance of digital marketing platforms that support go-to-market execution and growth in North America with a meaningful role in enabling global teams. This role owns the direction, delivery, and performance of Mosaic’s digital marketing platforms and programs, ensuring they translate business strategy into measurable outcomes.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing complex digital initiatives that enable demand generation at scale, including data and system integration, customer and account insights, lead and account management, performance measurement, and the ongoing health of marketing technology ecosystem. This role combines strategic ownership, analytical rigor, and the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
You will serve as a trusted partner across Marketing, IT and Commercial teams, guiding the evolution of automation, personalization, and AI-enabled digital programs across Mosaic’s Performance Products and Biosciences portfolios. While you are expected to be fluent in enterprise CRM and marketing platforms, your focus is on setting direction, enabling adoption, and ensuring impact.
What will you do?
Lead demand generation aligned to GTM priorities
Own digital demand generation in support of North America go-to-market priorities.
Partner with Brand, Product, and Commercial teams to translate business strategy into focused digital plans.
Set direction for omnichannel programs across paid media, social, email, and web.
Ensure websites and digital touchpoints support customer engagement and conversion.
Hold agency partners accountable for delivery, performance, and results.
Own data quality, measurement, and performance visibility
Own digital marketing data standards, governance, and quality.
Ensure consistent lead capture, tracking, and attribution across all digital channels.
Define and maintain the lead lifecycle from acquisition through sales handoff.
Partner with CRM and data teams to strengthen customer and prospect records.
Establish clear performance reporting that connects digital activity to business outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement through disciplined testing and learning.
Own AI-enabled digital platforms and GTM enablement systems
Own the business direction of Mosaic’s digital marketing platforms and AI-enabled programs.
Lead initiatives that apply AI to personalize engagement, surface insight, and support decision-making.
Ensure AI-driven platforms deliver practical value and measurable impact, not technical novelty.
Translate complex capabilities into clear, usable tools for Sales, Agronomy, and Brand teams.
Act as the digital business owner working with IT to set priorities and delivery roadmaps.
Drive adoption and cross-functional execution
Ensure digital and AI-enabled programs are understood, trusted, and used across commercial teams.
Work across Sales, Agronomy, Brand, Product, and IT to align priorities and execution.
Translate business needs into clear direction for agency and technology partners.
Address adoption or capability gaps through training, communication, or process change.
Enable global digital marketing capability and competencies
Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise on digital marketing capabilities to regional teams in Brazil, China and India.
Define and maintain global best practices and standards that support effective digital execution across markets.
Support regional teams with enablement, shared learnings, and advisory input while preserving local ownership.
Act as a point of escalation for complex digital marketing challenges and cross-region alignment.
What do you need for this role:
Bachelor's- Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Master's preferred
8+ years of experience owning digital marketing platforms, data, and performance in a complex, enterprise environment.
Proven experience leading digital marketing at scale, with clear accountability for outcomes, not just activity.
Strong ability to connect digital marketing initiatives to go-to-market priorities, revenue growth, and commercial execution.
Experience owning enterprise digital platforms and marketing technology ecosystems, with the confidence to set priorities and make trade-offs.
Comfort leading AI-enabled and data-driven marketing capabilities in practical, business-focused ways.
Experience managing and holding agencies accountable for strategy execution and performance.
Ability to influence across functions including Sales, Brand, Product, Agronomy, and IT.
Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to translate data and insight into clear direction and action.
Experience operating independently while aligning with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
You apply strong critical thinking to frame problems, question assumptions, and make deliberate trade-offs.
You bring business acumen to connect digital decisions to revenue, adoption, and commercial outcomes.
