Job Description Summary:

The Senior Manager of FSOP (Foodservice On-Premise) Analytics & Insights plays a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for Coca-Cola and our customers. This role combines analytics expertise, customer collaboration, and cross-functional alignment to deliver impactful insights and drive growth opportunities with a strategic foodservice customer. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership by supporting cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and applying data tools to solve business challenges while ensuring the effective execution of analytics strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trend Identification & Forecasting: Leverage syndicated data sources (e.g., Circana Checkout and Circana CREST), analytics tools, and custom research to identify emerging industry trends, forecast market movements, and anticipate future opportunities, providing strategic insights to drive customer growth and competitive advantage.
  • Insights Development: Synthesize data into actionable insights and deliver clear, compelling storytelling on FSOP category trends, the customer landscape, and competitive analysis to customer team.
  • Customer Engagement: Partner with assigned customer to develop informed business plans, identify business and assortment strategies, and strengthen customer commitments.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Coca-Cola Marketing and Insights teams, Coca-Cola Planning & Strategy teams, Customer Marketing and Insights teams, Coca-Cola cross-functional team, and Customer Value & Growth departments to align project execution and maintain consistent messaging internally and externally.
  • Analytics Reporting: Build and maintain beverage dashboards and reports leveraging tools like Power BI and Microsoft Office to track key metrics and measure success.
  • Custom Research: Manage and/or support quantitative and qualitative research projects tailored to address specific business needs; utilize self-serve survey tools to collect actionable feedback.
  • Operational Execution: Ensure FSOP analytic capabilities remain aligned with broader organizational goals; assist with the adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Team Support: Foster a culture of learning and growth within the insights and analytics function and cross functional team while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Influence & Problem Solving: Use interpersonal and influencing skills to drive collaboration across teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution at all stages.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a strategic conduit between the customer and Coca-Cola Company resources by leveraging FSOP research, analytics tools, and frameworks to facilitate effective decision-making and ensure seamless execution across teams.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of work experience, preferably in Foodservice and/or CPG
  • Bachelor’s degree required – Preferred MBA or other advanced degree
  • Demonstrated experience partnering and collaborating with customers in either a customer/client facing role, agency management role, category management role, or consulting role
  • Proven experience in data analytics, consumer insights, or category management within Foodservice, Retail, or similar industries
  • Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI), syndicated data tools (e.g., Circana Checkout/CREST), and survey design techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and translate insights into tangible business strategies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to support cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with a focus on driving results
  • Curiosity and passion for continuous learning
  • Professional acumen and fit with Panda Express culture, where guests and operators are at the center

Estimated Travel: Approximately 20-30%

Location: Los Angeles, California (This is a hybrid role and will be working out of the customer headquarter office 3-4 days/week in Pasadena)

Pay Range:

$138,300 - $163,300

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
