Summary: We are looking for a Director of FP&A to join our dynamic and fast-growing technology company. As a key member of the Finance team, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support the company’s continued expansion. You will work closely with executive leadership to provide data-driven insights, enhance financial performance, and help shape the company’s long-term strategy.


This is a highly visible and impactful role, ideal for someone with a high level of FP&A experience in a high-growth environment who thrives in fast-paced, evolving business landscapes. If you have a strong financial modeling background, expertise in three-statement forecasting, and a track record of preparing board presentations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain robust three-statement financial models to support decision-making and long-term growth strategies.
  • Prepare and present board materials, executive reports, and investor presentations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations) to align financial strategy with business goals.
  • Drive variance analysis, scenario modeling, and KPI tracking to optimize business performance.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support capital allocation decisions, M&A analysis, and corporate finance initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, three-statement forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Experience preparing and delivering board materials and executive-level presentations.
  • Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

  • Preferred Skills & Tools:

  • Proficiency in financial planning software such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or NetSuite.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling and data visualization.
  • Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and technology business models.

What We Offer: The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $160,000 - $175,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary this role will be eligible for additional company benefits such as stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
