The role partners closely with Business and Global functional leaders, providing strategic financial insight while owning core FP&A processes and reporting.
Job Description
Major Responsibilities- Lead the annual Budget process, Latest Outlooks (LOs), and periodic forecasting cycles for Bio CCO
- Own month end closing, accruals reporting, and preliminary & final results for Bio central functions
- Drive high quality management reporting and key financial deliverables
- Provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests and ensure timely and accurate information gathering.
- Act as the central finance reference point for ad‑hoc business questions and finance related analyses
- Ensure integrity of data provided by teams, and provide recommendations on forecast accuracy improvement.
- Partner with Business and Global function leads to support decision‑making and performance steering
- Deliver APO vs planning volume analysis
- Support BD post‑launch financial performance
- Contribute financial expertise across cTPC and SPMR processes
- Continually improve and streamline existing management reporting, LO processes, and financial governance
- Internal customer satisfaction with quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analyses provided - Reliability, timeliness and accuracy of budgetary and financial forecasts - Accuracy of early-warning system and results.
- Managing risks and ops efficiently for the line of business
- 7-10 years of strong FP&A experience in a complex matrix organization
- Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
- Proven experience driving process improvements and simplifying reporting
- Strong business partnering influence and stakeholder management
- Advanced Excel, financial modelling, and data visualization capabilities.
