THE WORK

[We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee corporate and executive financial reporting. This role will serve as a critical partner to senior leadership, responsible for translating complex financial results and forecasts into clear, decision-ready insights. The ideal candidate brings exceptional financial modeling skills, strong accounting and financial statement expertise, and deep experience leading planning, forecasting, and month-end close processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the preparation of executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors with detailed analysis and accuracy.
  • Lead the annual financial and operating planning process, coordinating with cross-functional partners to consolidate company-wide resource requests and prepare leadership-level materials.
  • Maintain rolling forecasts and long-range outlooks, incorporating business performance, strategic initiatives, and macro considerations.
  • Support broader FP&A team with maintaining sophisticated financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • Play a leadership role in the monthly close process, including review of results and reconciliation of Budget vs. Actuals (BvA).
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience across corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles; investment banking and/or management consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced financial modeling expertise, including building models from the ground up, with deep understanding of financial statements and their interdependencies.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, executive-level insights and presentations; highly detail-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels.
  • Advanced experience with Anaplan or similar enterprise financial planning systems.
  • MBA preferred but not required.

Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$184,000$230,000 USD
For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
NY Annual Base Salary Range
$176,000$220,000 USD
