The Senior Manager of Demand Generation will lead efforts to create impactful marketing campaigns that generate sales pipeline, connect teams, and drive revenue growth while shaping the company's market presence.
The summary above was generated by AI

Security teams are not short on tools. They are short on time, alignment, and the ability to actually close exposure. That’s why 60% of breaches could have been prevented with a tool that was already in use.

Nagomi was built to change that.

We are the first ever Agentic Exposure Ops Platform, designed to prevent the preventable breach by turning fragmented signals into coordinated action. Our agents investigate risk, drive remediation, and verify that issues stay closed, continuously, without adding overhead.

This is not another dashboard. It is a new way for security to operate.

Recognized by Gartner® as a Cool Vendor in ASCA, Nagomi is helping organizations move from reactive workflows to continuous execution, replacing manual effort with systems that actually move the work forward.

We are building something category-defining. The kind of shift people point back to later and say, “that changed how this works.”

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation who wants to build, not maintain.

Someone who sees demand generation as more than channels and metrics. Someone who knows how to take a strong idea, put it into the market, and turn attention into pipeline.

This role sits at the center of how Nagomi grows. You will shape how we show up, how we break through, and how we convert momentum into revenue.

What You’ll Drive

  • Create Pipeline That Matters - Build integrated campaigns that generate real pipeline and accelerate deals, not just activity
  • Bring Big Ideas to Market - Turn bold messaging into campaigns people notice, remember, and act on
  • Own the Full Funnel -  From first impression to closed deal, you will influence how prospects move and why they convert
  • Connect Teams and Execution - Work across product marketing, sales, SDRs, and field to ensure everything moves in sync
  • Make Channels Work Together - digital, partners, events, content, outbound, all aligned, all driving toward the same outcome
  • Turn Insight into Action Use data to refine, improve, and scale what works, fast

What You Bring

  • A track record of building pipeline in B2B SaaS
  • The ability to think strategically and execute without waiting for perfect conditions
  • Strong instincts for messaging, positioning, and what actually resonates in market
  • Experience working closely with sales and owning outcomes, not just outputs
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve

What Sets You Apart

  • You think in systems, not one-off campaigns
  • You push for ideas that stand out, not blend in
  • You focus on impact, not activity
  • You know how to turn momentum into revenue

Why This Role Matters

Nagomi is not iterating on an existing category. We are helping define a new one.

That means how we generate demand, how we tell our story, and how we engage buyers is still being written.

You will have a direct hand in shaping that.

What You Get

  • Real ownership over pipeline and growth
  • The ability to build and test, not just optimize
  • A team that moves quickly and values execution
  • A front-row seat to a company defining its category

How We Work

We move with intent. We test, learn, and adjust quickly. We care about outcomes and we hold a high bar for the work.

We take the mission seriously, and we expect the same from the people who join us.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
