What we need
The Senior Manager, Demand Generation is a pivotal role within the GreenBox GTM organization, entrusted with the strategic development and operational execution of programs that fuel the company's growth objectives. This role balances strategy with execution, developing high-level programs while also rolling up your sleeves to orchestrate integrated, multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads, accelerate the sales pipeline, and drive measurable revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a data-driven innovator, and a collaborative partner who can align demand gen efforts with business outcomes.
GreenBox* is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising.

What we do
The Business Development Team is part of the Commercial organization, which is responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing contracts with large customers.
What you’ll do
Strategic Leadership: Architect a holistic demand generation strategy that aligns with corporate goals and revenue targets. This includes defining the ideal customer profile, mapping the buyer's journey, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for success.
Campaign Orchestration: Lead the design, execution, and optimization of sophisticated, end-to-end demand generation campaigns. This involves leveraging a diverse channel mix, including but not limited to paid media, SEO/GEO, content syndication, email marketing, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
Performance & Analytics: Own the end-to-end performance of the demand generation function. Implement robust tracking, analysis, and reporting mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness, analyze funnel metrics, and derive actionable insights. Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Technology & Systems: Act as a subject matter expert for the marketing technology stack, with deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (HubSpot). Ensure seamless integration and data hygiene to maintain a single source of truth for all marketing and sales activities.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product marketing, content, and sales operations. Facilitate regular communication to ensure lead quality, optimize the handoff process, and align on joint revenue goals.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage the demand generation budget with a focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI). Make data-informed decisions on resource allocation, vendor selection, and media spend.
Team & Vendor Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of demand generation professionals. Manage external agencies and contractors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with strategic objectives.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
Proven ability to build demand generation programs from zero to scale.
Hands-on experience running campaigns across channels (paid, content, ABM, events).
Deep proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, etc.).
Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data to inform strategy, forecast outcomes, and optimize performance.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Our environment
Up to 10 % travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
