About the Role:

Tubi is looking for a Senior Manager, Creator Marketing to lead marketing strategy and execution for our growing slate of exclusive Creator titles.

This role will own the go-to-market approach for Creator exclusives, partnering across Content, Creator, Marketing, Growth, Social, PR and other teams to build campaigns that effectively bring a creator's fans to Tubi and introduce creators to new viewers among Tubi’s 110 million monthly active users.

This role will help us understand what actually works—developing learning agendas, evaluating performance, designing experiments and translating those insights into stronger marketing strategies across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic marketer, analytical thinker and builder. They know how to turn a title into a compelling audience proposition, understand the unique role creators can play in driving discovery and fandom, and are energized by creating new playbooks rather than simply applying old ones.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office. You must be willing to travel to our Los Angeles office 2-3 days/week.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for Tubi’s exclusive Creator titles, developing audience-first marketing plans that define positioning, target audiences, channel strategy, creator fandom activation and launch approach.
  • Build differentiated launch strategies based on title opportunity, identifying where bespoke campaigns can have the greatest impact and where repeatable approaches can drive greater efficiency across the slate.
  • Audience Portability: Partner with Creators to drive best in class audience conversion from creator native platforms to Tubi.
  • Own marketing strategy from planning through post-launch, bringing together cross-functional partners around clear objectives, roles, timelines and measures of success.
  • Lead performance analysis across campaigns and titles, connecting marketing activity to title-level outcomes and identifying the drivers behind over- and under-performance.
  • Develop learning agendas for Creator title marketing, identifying the highest-value questions we need to answer about audiences, creative channels, creator participation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and champion experimentation, partnering with Analytics, Growth and channel teams to test new tactics and continually optimize the marketing toolkit for Creators.
  • Turn insights into action, translating campaign results and experiments into recommendations, playbooks and planning principles that improve future launches.
  • Develop a portfolio-level view of performance across priority verticals, looking beyond individual launches to identify patterns across titles, audiences, fandoms, creators, creative approaches and channels.

Your Background:

  • 8+ years of experience in entertainment, content, creator, or social marketing, with experience leading talent driven go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and audience development, with the ability to translate a creator’s vision into a clear consumer proposition and marketing strategy.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers or talent-led content and an understanding of how creator audiences and communities behave differently from traditional entertainment audiences.
  • Demonstrated strength in performance analysis and measurement, with the ability to move from campaign data to actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Experience developing experimentation frameworks and learning agendas that ask new questions and help us improve marketing effectiveness over time.
  • Ability to work across creative, analytical and operational disciplines and bring multiple teams together around a shared strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to turn complex performance findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a growing slate, evolving processes and significant opportunity to build new ways of working.
  • A genuine curiosity about creators, fandoms, entertainment and how culture moves across platforms.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
