* The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications will develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications plan aligned to the Chief Commercial Officer's (CCO) vision and the company's top priorities, with a focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) changes. This role serves as a strategic communications advisor to the CCO and leadership team, creating and delivering compelling communications for internal audiences and supporting external messaging as needed.
* What you'll do:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications plan aligned to the CCO's vision and company priorities, focusing on GTM changes.
* Serve as a strategic communications advisor to the CCO and leadership team.
* Create, edit, and deliver clear, compelling communications for internal audiences including company updates, town halls, leadership messages, and change initiatives.
* Build the CCO's executive voice to inspire vision, ensure consistency in messaging, demonstrate tangible progress, and provide clear calls to action.
* Manage coworker interaction and visibility plans including round tables, 1:1s, and small group discussions to foster meaningful conversations and consistent messaging.
* Partner with communications team members, CWS, GTM project stakeholders, and others to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
* Support the CCO in developing external messaging for social platforms and key engagements.
* Navigate multiple sales segments with varying communication styles, ensuring complementary messaging from the CCO.
* Establish feedback loops and listening mechanisms to measure communication effectiveness and improve strategies.
* Develop communication strategies that connect the CCO's organization with adjacent customer-facing functions, highlighting collaboration and shared outcomes.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in corporate communications
* Strong strategic thinking and advisory capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to create compelling and clear messaging for diverse audiences.
* Experience in managing executive communications and visibility plans.
* Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Proficiency in digital platforms for content distribution and engagement.
* Experience with change management communications and feedback mechanisms.
* Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, performance, and communication effectiveness is a plus
* Skilled in creating compelling and clear messaging for diverse audiences across written, video, and other multimedia formats is a plus Pay range: $ 140,000 - $ 194,400 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 15% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: [https://cdw.benefit-info.com/](https://cdw.benefit-info.com/) Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
