In this role you will use your business savvy and industry background to help accelerate our AHEAD Cisco Field relationship. You will have the opportunity to drive results and shape the future of our AHEAD partner Cisco relationship across your GEO. As the Sr Channel Manager, you will create GTM Plans, shape strategy, ensure consistent sales contribution, engage in Cisco opportunities in support of our Teams, and drive growth in our Cisco business as well as our strategic relationships with Cisco. 


Financial / Revenue

    Track AHEAD’s Cisco Financial objectives: 

    ● Ensure we hit yearly revenue and margin goals 

    ● Yearly MOU tracking/milestones 

    ● Influence MOU investment decisions 

    ● Track pipeline and performance across assigned Geo, ensuring revenue and margin contributions (Contribution from all GEO’s is critical) 

    ● Understanding of VIP and other programs for AHEAD to increase profits 

Alignment

    ● Work with Cisco Field, from IC to AVP,  in addition to working with local GEO PAM’s to ensure alignment at the field level. 

    ● Develop AHEAD partner QBR messaging for Executive QBR’s and MD QBR’s 

    ● Participate in weekly cadence calls with Cisco / AHEAD Channel team as necessary 

    ● Assist Executives in meetings ensuring we all have the latest news 

Demand Generation / Pipeline growth

    ● Develop compelling stitching stories involving Cisco/AHEAD 

    ● Work closely with AHEAD practices - GTM sales plays. 

    ● Ensure consistent win wires and messaging across your Geo 

    ● Monitor a robust sales pipeline and review profitability metrics like overall margin % attainment goals 

    ● Work with the sales teams to drive teaming agreements 

    ● Influence Marketing/DG events, assist in driving attendance 

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
