About the RoleAs the Senior Manager of Channel Sales, you will operate as a player/coach, leading a team of Partner Development Managers (PDMs) while also directly managing strategic partner relationships and contributing to revenue growth. You’ll help shape and execute partner acquisition and engagement strategies across consultants, system integrators, and value-added resellers, supporting upper market customers.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on building relationships, optimizing partner programs, and driving team performance. You'll report to the VP of Partnerships and work to scale a high-performing partner organization and deliver impactful results across Limble’s expanding ecosystem.
How You’ll Make an ImpactLeadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Partner Development Managers to achieve and exceed channel pipeline and revenue targets.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans to continuously elevate team performance.
Act as a resource and escalation point for partner opportunities and challenges.
Player/Coach Execution
Directly manage a subset of high-priority partners or regions while overseeing team performance.
Serve as a role model for effective partner engagement, pipeline generation, and deal execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock deals and accelerate partner-sourced revenue.
Partner Program Growth & Strategy
Assist in refining and executing partner acquisition and engagement strategies.
Analyze partner performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
Contribute to incentive programs, co-marketing campaigns, and partner enablement efforts.
Relationship Management & Enablement
Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners.
Oversee onboarding and training efforts to ensure partners are empowered to position and sell Limble effectively.
Leverage PRM/Mapping and CRM systems to manage accounts and measure performance.
Operational Excellence
Identify and implement process improvements that streamline partner development.
Use data to evaluate effectiveness of partner programs and guide future decisions.
Support the execution of SPIFs, contests, and enablement programs to drive results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market execution.
Provide reporting and feedback to senior leadership on partner performance, opportunities, and risks.
7+ years in channel sales, partner development, or business development, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
Proven success acquiring, enabling, and growing revenue-generating partnerships in a SaaS environment.
Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM, PRM & Partner Account Mapping systems
Highly organized with a focus on execution, accountability, and outcomes.
$200-250k OTE
