SHADOW is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sr. Influencer Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be Los Angeles based and have 6+ years of agency or in-house experience and lead strategic influencer initiatives, manage relationships, and drive impactful campaigns for our clients. Your expertise in influencer data, creative strategy, and effective communication will be key to achieving outstanding results and mentoring junior staff.

What You Do:

  • Clear Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding deal terms, project updates, and strategic initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities, challenges, and bring solutions.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage budgets and billing processes with accuracy and minimal oversight.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective strategic plans with little to no edits or supervision, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Campaign Management: Lead campaigns from talent strategy and casting through contracting, content execution, reporting, and recaps, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with client goals.
  • Documentation Creation: Prepare lists, briefs, and recaps that require minimal edits, showcasing attention to detail and clarity.
  • Data and Analytics Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of influencer data and analytics to inform strategies and measure campaign success.
  • Industry Authority: Actively engage in the influencer space, positioning yourself as an authority and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Organic Coverage Securing: Secure organic influencer coverage for clients through seeding, events, and other innovative approaches.
  • Creative Strategy: Demonstrate strategic, creative, and forward-thinking approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and identify new partnerships to expand client reach.
  • Protocol Adherence: Follow team protocols and approval processes diligently to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Activity Updates: Keep supervisors informed about ongoing activities and campaign progress regularly.
  • Deadline Management: Meet or exceed all deadlines, maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Contract Negotiation: Structure and negotiate talent deals effectively, balancing client goals, talent relationships, and budget parameters while securing favorable terms.
  • Team Support: Offer assistance beyond your job description, contributing to team success.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for junior staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Timely Responses: Respond promptly to inquiries and team requests, ensuring smooth communication flow.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share materials, contacts, and relevant news with the team to enhance collective knowledge.
  • Innovative Thinking: Contribute new ideas and creative solutions to drive successful influencer strategies.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or account management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of influencer data, analytics, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Can wear many hats, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and seamlessly adapt to shifting priorities.

Annual Compensation

$90K - $120K (commensurate with experience)
