Senior Manager, Business & Revenue Planning

From detection to tracking, identification, deterrence, and defeat, our family of networked sensors and effectors enables our customers to rapidly close the kill chain against a broad range of UAS threats. Working across product, engineering, sales, logistics, operations, and mission success, the Air Defense team develops, tests, deploys, and sustains the Anduril Air Defense Family of Systems (FoS) in challenging operational environments worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business & Revenue Planning to join our rapidly growing team in Irvine, CA or Washington DC. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems that support our growth team. You will inform business strategy and deliver data-driven insights that enable revenue generation across the organization. This will require strong analytical skills, a knack for process improvement, and experience working with cross-functional teams. • Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Corporate Operations and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to develop and refine strategic reporting and planning processes so we can hit our aggressive growth targets
• Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for growth systems (ie Salesforce), championing data integrity and governance standards
• Support the Business Development team by analyzing top-line data to identify business trends, surface insights, and enable informed, data-backed decision
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Corporate Technology, Financial Operations, and Revenue Operations teams to refine and improve systems and processes to scale effectively
• Design and deliver onboarding and training programs to support the effectiveness of our growth teams and ensuring adoption of best practices

• 5-10 years experience in a revenue operations, business operations or strategy role at a high-growth technology company
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Project management experience including: requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery.
• Aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information to swiftly become proficient in unfamiliar subject areas and technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
