JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for developing campaign and creative strategy with oversight of execution of large business marketing campaigns, Account Based Marketing (ABM), door opener initiatives to drive growth in Strategic markets. This individual manages efforts to drive units, profitable revenue and operating efficiencies through customer acquisition and migration for the large business portfolio of services including Data, Voice, Video, and Cloud.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Lead a cross-functional team to manage marketing campaigns from project initiation through post campaign analysis and summary report with full accountability for results and optimization recommendations
Manage work with internal teams across product, portfolio marketing, acquisition marketing, marketing automation, data, reporting and analytics with shared services partners for creative and media execution.
Partner with research to develop insights that will drive creative and media strategies.
Manage budget and monthly accrual process for respective area.
Manage high performing teams by leading, developing, training and providing effective coaching to attract and foster talent.
Perform other duties as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure

Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings in assigned areas or subjects
Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically
Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Direct Marketing experience -8+
Experience partnering with creative ad agencies to develop creative that delivers outstanding results - 8+
Marketing project management
Experience in developing digital advertising and ABM programs for the following purposes acquisition; upgrade/cross-sell/upsell; retention; education and brand marketing.
Extensive experience developing direct marketing creative, preferably for a subscription-based business
Experience developing scientific test matrices and executing
