What You’ll Do
- Drive top-of-funnel deal sourcing for our control acquisitions and lending/structured credit strategies.
- Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline of targets across the all verticals of the crypto industry.
- Originate and advance proprietary opportunities via your deep crypto network (founders, funds, brokers, market makers, infra providers, etc.).
- Shape deal structures (control, minority, JV, venture debt, ABL, revenue share), draft/iterate term sheets, and support negotiations.
- Orchestrate diligence with legal/finance/ops; maintain CRM hygiene, funnel analytics, and sourcing OKRs.
- Develop strategic partnerships that unlock growth for the platform and portfolio (custody, data, liquidity, distribution, technology).
- Represent Echo Base at conferences and targeted roadshows; produce crisp outreach narratives and materials that convert.

- Qualified opportunities sourced per quarter and conversion by stage (intro → IC submission → term sheet → closed).
- Partnerships signed that deliver measurable distribution, cost, or revenue lift for portfolio companies.
- Clear funnel metrics, notes, and next steps in CRM; weekly updates on targets, risks, and competitive intel.
- Repeatable coverage model: thematic maps, watchlists, and relationship cadences that produce proprietary deal flow.
What You Bring
- 6–10+ years in BD/corp dev/investing within crypto/fintech with a proven live network across digital-asset firms and infrastructure.
- Track record originating and progressing complex transactions; fluency in deal structuring and execution.
- Operator’s bias for action, elite relationship building, crisp written/verbal communication.
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management; mastery of CRM and outreach systems.
- Deep understanding of crypto industry as well as traditional finance buy-side dynamics.
