We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated & Brand Marketing to lead Roo’s integrated campaigns and brand storytelling. You’ll build on the strong foundation of Roo’s mission and voice, driving high-impact campaigns across PR, social, events, and thought leadership that elevate the brand and strengthen community engagement.
You’ll oversee Roo’s brand and campaign marketing team, manage external creative partners, and work cross-functionally to ensure every touchpoint, from a conference splash to a national report, connects to a cohesive Roo narrative.
What You’ll DoBrand & Campaign Leadership
- Own Roo’s annual campaign calendar and lead 4–6 integrated campaigns per year from brief to post-launch measurement.
- Develop campaign strategies with clear objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand activations across PR, social, events, and digital channels.
- Shape and reinforce Roo’s brand narrative and tone, ensuring consistency across all owned and earned channels.
- Collaborate closely with design and creative partners to ensure strong visual storytelling and brand cohesion across every campaign.
Thought Leadership & Content
- Lead Roo’s thought leadership programs, including annual reports, case studies, authored articles, and speaking engagements that position Roo as a trusted voice in veterinary medicine.
- Partner with PR to secure industry coverage and placements.
- Conduct ongoing brand and audience research to track awareness, perception, and engagement, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Brand Expansion
- Grow Roo’s reach across community, social, and emerging media formats.
- Champion brand consistency and quality across all marketing and customer-facing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative and product marketing to evolve Roo’s visual identity and storytelling.
Team & Partner Management
- Manage a growing team, including three direct reports spanning brand, content, social, and community.
- Provide strategic direction, prioritization, and feedback across these programs to ensure all work ladders into one cohesive brand story.
- Oversee key creative and brand contractors, including PR, design, web, and video.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and creativity across internal teams and external agencies.
- 7+ years in a brand or integrated marketing role with experience leading multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution.
- 3+ years experience managing a team.
- Proven storyteller who can translate brand vision into creative ideas that inspire audiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong visual thinker with a keen eye for design and experience collaborating with creative teams to bring campaigns and brand systems to life.
- Strong leader experienced in managing both people and external agencies.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical and research-driven, using testing and data to inform messaging and investment decisions.
- Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, tech, or two-sided marketplaces a plus.

Colorado pay range
$125,000—$160,000 USD

$120,000—$155,000 USD
