SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager, BDR Operations to own Operations for the worldwide Business Development Representative (BDR) organization. The successful candidate will be accountable for partnering with BDR leadership and the local operations teams in the field, overseeing and optimizing BDR operations processes, driving efficiency, and delivering on pipeline generation targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of BDR operations, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives independently.

The role will report into the Revenue Operations team and work closely with the Marketing and BDR leadership in the field.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the development and execution of organizational strategies and initiatives to deliver on pipeline generation objectives.
  • Drive and optimize processes, including but not limited to operational cadence, pipeline management (for sourced leads), and resource allocation for teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define pipeline targets, quotas, and goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with GTM Analytics teams in the creation and maintenance of performance metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with GTM Systems teams to continuously optimize tool user experience and adoption.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Finance, GTM Excellence, and HR, to ensure alignment and collaboration on BDR initiatives and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and make recommendations for innovation and optimization.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or BDR / SDR Operations leadership roles.
  • Experience supporting global teams and partnering with executive leadership to drive operational rigor and consistency at scale.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach), and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with teams across different regions and functions.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement independently within a context, while ensuring alignment with leadership priorities.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$192,000$264,000 USD
