Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic, growth-oriented Senior Manager, Audience and Program Marketing to lead initiatives that deepen customer engagement, accelerate expansion and drive long-term value. This role is central to influencing cross-sell/upsell and renewals with Darktrace customers through deep collaboration with our Customer Success & Renewals teams. You will design, own, and execute programs that deliver tangible value and create growth opportunities – ensuring every Darktrace customer feels connected, informed, and empowered to expand their partnership with Darktrace.

What You Will Do to Drive Impact

  • Design and execute targeted programs that influence cross-sell, upsell, and renewal outcomes across the customer base.

  • Develop multi-touch, multi-quarter campaigns that deliver measurable value throughout the customer journey.

  • Lead engagement programs that drive adoptions, satisfaction, and retention through scalable initiatives such as customer events, product education sessions, and value-driven campaigns (Tech Meetups, Innovation Summits, and more).

  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Renewals teams to align marketing initiatives and customer communications to lifecycle milestones and account strategies.

  • Enable Customer Success teams with toolkits, playbooks, and campaign assets that help deliver consistent value messaging and engagement opportunities.

  • Partner with Brand Marketing and Customer Success to cultivate the customer community platform to increase overall value and satisfaction. · Activate customer advocacy by identifying promoters and driving peer reviews to amplify influence and trust.

  • Measure and optimize program performance using KPIs tied to engagement, upsell pipeline sources, and renewals influenced. Apply insights to continuously improve.

What Skills & Experience You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success enablement.

  • Proven ability to design and execute programs that drive measurable outcomes in renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.

  • Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Renewals, and Sales Teams to align marketing initiatives with GTM strategies.

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and SaaS growth metrics (NRR, churn, adoption, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms including Salesforce, Gainsight, and HubSpot.

  • Exceptional project management skills and stakeholders engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs across global teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and applying insights to optimize strategies.

  • Excellent communications and storytelling skills to craft compelling, value-driven messaging for customers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Salary

  • $120,000-$150,000 plus bonus
